Lectures Are Homework in Schools Following Khan Academy Lead

Lectures Are Homework in Schools Following Khan Academy Lead

Using the "flip model" of learning where students watch lessons at home the day before they are taught is an interesting concept. I'd be curious to see the results of this model. Having students complete homework is a constant battle and will continue to be an argument with our families as long as we continue as a society to place education on the back burner making excuses from every which way you can think of. I love what the Khan Academy is doing, and they should be complimented for an outstanding site. In fact, if you haven't checked it out, please do. Homework the debate continues...
